The iPlan
The iPlan is an off-the-shelf international retirement plan designed specifically for multi-national organisations who need to cater for smaller overseas populations.
The iPlan is a multi-employer plan which utilises pooling of investments, whilst still segregating each employers own plan records, to enable smaller populations of Third Country Nationals (TCN’s) and eligible local populations to benefit from larger economies of scale.
Members in the iPlan have a core selection of funds to choose from which enjoy the same rates and returns as our largest clients invested in them due to our aggregation of trades. This aggregation allows us to maximise our processing efficiency and also benefits the fund managers in the same way thus enabling us to offer the iPlan to employers without requiring a minimum number of employees.
The iPlan was inspired by our relationships with the international NGO community and has proved to be extremely popular with them since its launch, it has a streamlined application process and can be operational in just a matter of weeks.
